The taste is influenced by our feelings. When we are sad, it is hard to appreciate the aromas of food. On the contrary, when we are happy almost everything seems tasteful. All of us in “The House of Ollive”, have pleasent memories of the olive groves and the land that our grandparents cultivated. These strong feelings make us find our extra virgin olive oils aromatic, elegant and tasty and drive us to work more and more so as not to loose the pleasure of having the qualities of our olive oil reserved for our children.
